2026 Business Meeting

October 2-3, 2026

The Department of Bioinformatics and Biostatistics at the University of Louisville is excited to host the 2026 SRCOS Business Meeting!

The dates for the meeting will be October 2 and 3. As per usual, the meeting will run from 1 pm to 6 pm on Friday (followed by dinner) and from 8 am to noon on Saturday.

The meetings will take place at the Kosher Clinical and Translational Research Building (CTRB) at 505 S. Hancock Street at the Health Science Campus of UofL in downtown Louisville.

Registration Fee:

$150 for in-person attendance and $100 for online attendance. 

Lodging Information:

Hotel accommodations will be at the Home2Suites by Hilton at 240 S. Hancock Street, which is within walking distance of the CTRB.

The group rate for the hotel is $134 (King) or $144 (2 Queens) per night, and you can book through this link: Home2Hilton SRCOS booking link. They will release any unclaimed rooms in our hotel block on 9/1, so make sure to book prior to then.

Airport:

The closest major airport is the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF).

Virtual Attendance:

For those who are not able to make the meeting in person, we will have an option for virtual attendance where you will be able to Zoom into the meetings. You should select the “Virtual” attendance type option when registering, and keep in mind that Louisville is in the Eastern Time Zone.
