Fill out the form below in Step 1. If you are on the wrong page (faculty/grad/undergrad), please click the proper page in the following section. If you are attending the undergraduate portion as a faculty mentor, please register here.

Once you successfully submit the registration form, immediately scroll down on the same web page and click the button to pay!
