Registration opens March 1, 2023!

The SRCOS SRC and SURE registration process can be completed in one of two convenient ways:


  • Option 1: Please complete an online registration form.

  • Option 2: Please email a copy of your filled in paper registration form (pdf below) to srcos.stats@gmail.com.

Once you complete the registration form (online or paper version), additional instructions on travel and hotel reservations will be provided.
