Application Instructions
Step 1:
Register (April 22nd, 2019)
for the conference Here
& Mark "Yes"
to applying for the Harshbarger Travel Award. Required: Attach YOUR CV & ABSTRACT!!! Please include the title of your poster on the abstract!
Travel awards will be granted the beginning of May and our personnel will contact you then with the details.
Step 2:
Follow instructions on the registration page to pay for the conference and reserve your hotel.
Step 3:
For Reimbursement:
1. Complete Form Below by June 19th, 2019!
2. Attach All Receipts Necessary. Guidelines HERE.
Complete the Payment WORKS that was sent via email.
*Student posters will be entered into a competition for the Clint Miller best poster award and R. L. Anderson runner-up poster awards. Awards will be determined by an anonymous panel of judges and announced at the Tuesday evening banquet. PLEASE REVIEW THE GUIDELINES POSTED ABOVE IN STEP 3 FOR REIMBURSEMENTS.

Hotel Reservation DEADLINE: May 2nd, 2019. After this date, rooms will be released to the general public and are not guarenteed! Please reserve a room even before you hear back about your travel award in early May!
